Behind The Scenes: Vancouver Island Oyster Farming

 

Last week, we got the chance to tag along with Larry Lau and Waylon Sharp to film a behind the scenes look into an “oyster food concept / restaurant” that they are creating. It was fascinating to visit their local suppliers oyster farm on Vancouver Island and see how they are incorporating sustainable business practices that protect marine life.
